Your media belongs exclusively to you. FourTools is designed with a strict zero-knowledge architecture: we do not operate backend media processing servers, databases, or cloud storage buckets.

When you use FourTools, your files are never transmitted across the internet, copied to remote servers, or reviewed by third parties.

2. How Local Processing Operates

Files dragged or selected into FourTools are loaded exclusively into your browser's volatile RAM via the standard HTML5 File and Blob APIs (URL.createObjectURL).

• Watermark detection, pixel calculations, and AI model inference are executed strictly on your local CPU and GPU via WebAssembly (WASM) and WebGPU.
• Video frames are decoded and encoded locally via your device's native WebCodecs hardware drivers.
• As soon as you refresh or close the browser tab, all temporary memory allocations are instantly purged by your browser.

3. No User Accounts or Personal Data Collection

FourTools requires no account registration, no name, no email address, no password, and no payment details. You can clean unlimited images and videos completely anonymously.

4. Cookies, Telemetry & Analytics

FourTools does not use invasive third-party tracking cookies, behavioral tracking pixels, or cross-site fingerprinting scripts.

Your browser's localStorage is used solely to remember your preferred visual appearance (light theme vs. dark theme) between visits.

5. Infrastructure & Edge Delivery (Cloudflare Pages)

The static website code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and compiled WebAssembly binaries) is distributed globally via Cloudflare Pages edge CDN. Cloudflare may collect standard ephemeral HTTP connection logs (such as IP address and user agent) solely for DDoS protection, network performance, and service reliability. These network requests do not include your image or video content.

Because FourTools does not collect, process, sell, or retain personal information, your privacy rights under the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) are satisfied by architecture (Privacy by Design).
